Residents of Studio 3807 have the unique opportunity to live among original art work by local artists. The Studio 3807 Collection has been selected to complement the building design and is displayed for all to view and appreciate.
In addition to the Permanent Collection, Portico Gallery facilitates a rotating exhibition program of visual art in the amenity space of Studio 3807. There are three well-lit and prominent walls that will feature new artwork every two months.
