Random Bourbon Encounters is a collaborative umbrella for intersecting passions, this juried and invitational exhibition brings together nationally known ceramic artists, a neighborhood gallery, a climatologist, a certified bourbon steward and bourbon aficionados of all kinds. Random Bourbon Encounters was an open call to all US residents. Ceramics vessel forms (cups, mugs, yunomi, tankards, flasks, tumblers, goblets, tea bowls, etc.) and ceramic sculptures that address the theme as well as other media were eligible. The juror for the exhibition: Ara Koh
